L471 Mini Snowball Pleco

Remarks: The L471 Mini snowball Pleco is a small species of Hypancistrus. The body is all black in appearance and covered in white dots. They are similar to the L201 but are much smaller in size. However, they seem to not be too much smaller as despite many sources claiming they max at 2.5", many breeders and experts have noted they can achieve a size of 3-4" which still makes them a smaller species.  Their small size makes for a perfect fit for any smaller aquariums set up for South American fish.
