L191 Broken Line Royal Pleco

Remarks: The L191 Broken Line Royal Pleco, also called Dull-Eye Royal Plecos, are suited for tanks 125 gallons or more due to their maximum size and preference for hiding under large pieces of wood. Like other Panaque species, they supplement their nutrition by rasping wood to consume the microorganisms and algae that live on and below its surface. To ensure proper digestion and nutrition as well as make them feel at home, royals plecos must always have access to wood to graze on. They also appreciate vegetables such as zucchini or cucumber. They can be rather territorial so if keeping more than one royal pleco or with a similar species, ensure there is plenty of territory space.
