Remarks: Cryptoheros cutteri is from the waters of Honduras and Guatemala. Their blue eyes stand out in an aquarium. Cryptoheros cutteri are known to provide great parental care when spawning occurs. When in spawning coloration females will show a high contrast color pattern of black and white. Males can also develop the same color pattern as the female while taking care of the fry.
